Update Itunes account information

Hi:

I apologize if this isn't the right board for this post! I want to update my Itunes account information, mainly my credit card number. Whenever I sign in from my laptop I choose edit billing information. Then after I've selected my credit card type I press tab to enter the card number. I get a funky message that reads something like "this feature is only available from within a virtual document such as an internet page." I can't figure out why this is going on!! I entered my info fine the firs time! Anyone know why this may be happening, and what I can do to fix the problem? This is really frustrating. I was gonna buy an Ipod Touch with my next paycheck, but I'm gonna hold off on that until I can get this issue resolved. I'm using JFW 12. I've never had this problem with edit fields. It says I'm running the most current version of Itunes. Help!! I've tried both Itunes and the store page, and nothing works!!

The latest iTunes doesn't work well with 12 I understand. My suggestion would be to install 13 and run it as a demo as you adjust your account, than go back to 12, or get someone to sign on and do it for you.
You could call Apple as well.

Thanks, I'll install JFW 13. I have the disk at work. I like the demo idea! I did call Apple, and they don't keep records of any customer identifying information, so that was pretty much futile! Do you know if accessing Itunes is easier from an actual device such as an IPhone or IPod Touch? I'm not nuts about Amazon's cloud drive! So Itunes is probably my next best option!

I have an iPhone and getting to I tunes is easy. However, anytime you purchase music or something from Itunes and have your devices set up to download it it gets in your personal library, so there is no need to use iTunes to use it.
iTunes is much easier managed from your computer and can be set so any content loaded from your computer will also get on your Apple devices.
There is no need to wait until you get to work. You can simply download 13 from freedom Scientifics site. It does not affect your current version and can be run as a demo when you want to use it.
